Refunds
If the cleaned file is not what you hoped for, you get a full refund within 14 days of paying. No long form, no need to prove anything.
How to ask
- Open the refund request form.
- Enter the email address on your Stripe receipt. That is how we find your payment.
- If you have it, add the receipt number or the session id that starts with
cs_. It is shown on the page you land on after paying and in the link of that page. - Tell us briefly what went wrong. It helps us improve, but you do not have to justify the refund.

What happens next
We reply by email to confirm. The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
